Monday–Friday | All Levels

Daily Core Training:

  • 9:30–10:00 — Warm-Up & Conditioning
  • 10:00–12:00 — Ballet Technique (Barre & Center)
  • 12:00–12:30 — Lunch

Afternoon Level Work:

Level A (Advanced): 12:30-2:00

  • Pointe
  • Variations
  • Contemporary / Lyrical
  • Ballet History (select days)

Level B (Intermediate):  12:30-2:00

  • Ballet Foundations & History
  • Contemporary / Lyrical
  • 2:00–2:30 — Break

 

🔥 TURN UP THE HEAT (JAZZ / COMMERCIAL)

Monday–Wednesday

  • 2:30–3:00 — Across the Floor Progressions
  • 3:00–3:30 — Leaps, Turns & Jumps
  • 3:30–4:30 — Center Combos
     (Classic Jazz, Fosse, Luigi, Giordano, Musical Theatre, Era Styles)

Thursday & Friday (Commercial / Hip Hop Intensive Block)

  • 2:30–4:30 — High-Energy Commercial & Street Styles

Popping, House, Grooves, Footwork

Musicality, Texture & Performance Quality

Freestyle & Cultural Foundations

Confidence + Personal Expression Development
